Job Description:

Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization.

Must properly interpret the contract language, employment policies, etc. so that compliance with the regulations can be maintained.

Must have knowledge on how to recruit from job portal etc.

Must have the ability to use various sources through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

Develop and execute recruiting plans.

Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.

Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.

Create Job Description

Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.

Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.

Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
–Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
–Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
–Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
–Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.


*Good communication skill.

*Must have at least 9 months experience in recruitment/ freshers are welcome, provided the candidate is smart and has excellent communication skills.

*Preference experience in an International BPO.

*Target achiever.

*Knows how to post jobs in portal.


Saturday and Sunday fixed off.

Job Time: 10am to 7 pm

Qualification: Graduate & Above with 6 Months of Minimum Experience.

Work Location: Kolkata

Salary Range: Hike on the present salary.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, Create and Troubleshoot Native Android Applications

Integrate with RESTFUL Services for Server Side interaction.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

A knack for benchmarking and optimization

Understanding of Googles Android design principles and interface guidelines.

Business Development Executive for AXIS/ IndusInd/ HDFC Banks

OBJECTIVE: Providing support to branch profitability by selling bank products through different acquisition channels in the catchment area.
1) Quality acquisition of Current Account & Saving Account for Resident / Non-resident Indian.

2) Ensure quality sourcing of new customer to sell different banking product like Demat Account, Life Insurance, Credit Card etc

3) Penetration of Fixed Deposit to existing & new customers

4) Generate leads of customer through referral, meeting branch walk-ins customer, associates, e-mailing, direct mailing, ATMs & cold calls in the catchment area.

5) Ensure quality customer service is delivered

6) Meeting productivity norms as defined through support of channels & own efforts

7) Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance

8) Adhere the norms, regulation & practices of banks religiously

Salary Offered: 10k for fresher and for experienced 2.25 L p.a
